    Sign up with your work email and claim your resort. We check that you speak for it — usually approved within a business day.

    Upload your logo, pick your color, choose the languages you serve, and add your privacy policy and terms. Preview it before it goes live.

FAQ

Questions resorts ask

Are we liable if something happens on the mountain?
No. Guests contract with Chairlift, not with you, and before joining any group they accept an assumption-of-risk release that names your resort as a released party. Chairlift carries the service, and the Partner Terms include a capped indemnity in your favour. Guests are told to carry their own insurance.
What data do we get?
Anonymous statistics only: views, unique visitors, sign-ups and joins by level, and where the traffic comes from. Guest accounts are operated by Chairlift, GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU (Paris). Opted-in guest lists and data access come with the Pro tier, with a separate consent from the guest.
We don’t have a developer.
You don’t need one. Paste the snippet into any HTML or embed block — WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix or whatever your site runs on. If even that is too much, just link to your hosted page: it works on its own.
Which languages?
Nine: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, Norwegian and Swedish. The guest picks. You choose which of them to enable.
Can we turn it off?
Yes. Pause the widget any time from your dashboard and resume it whenever you like. Nothing else changes.
Can we offer Open Chairlifts only on certain days?
Yes. In the console you pick the weekdays, an optional season window and date exceptions. Closed days appear greyed out in the widget with your own note, so you can steer guests towards quieter days without changing anything on your site.
What does it cost?
Community is free. Starter is $49/month and Pro $149/month, ex-VAT, billed by card through Stripe monthly or annually (a year costs six months). Cancel any time: the widget never goes down, it drops back to Community.
